Personal data protection

This notice explains how data is processed when you use elitnest.sk and its contact form, under the GDPR, particularly Article 13, and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller is Elitnest s. r. o., 1. mája 1014/10, 010 01 Žilina, Slovakia, Company ID 55663672, Tax ID 2122053703, Commercial Register, Žilina, entry 82820/L. Contact info@elitnest.sk, +421 949 470 916, or write to the address above about privacy matters.

The contact form

The form collects your name or company name, email address and enquiry subject. Your phone number and additional message are optional. Elitnest receives the message at info@elitnest.sk. We use these details to respond, clarify your requirements and communicate about your enquiry. We do not use enquiry contacts for marketing.

For this form, the legal basis for processing your details to respond is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by selecting the relevant checkbox. It does not cover marketing or replace your separate choice about analytics cookies.

Providing details through the form is voluntary and is not a statutory obligation. It cannot be submitted without required fields and consent. You can also contact us by email or phone. Please do not include sensitive information or other people’s data unnecessary for your enquiry.

How long we keep enquiries

We delete unsuccessful enquiries no later than 12 months after the last communication, including our own copies and backups. We delete them earlier if the purpose for keeping them ends sooner. This is our internal rule, not a universal statutory period or a promise of automatic deletion.

Technical backups managed by Websupport follow the terms of the relevant service; our internal period does not determine their automatic rotation. If an enquiry leads to a project, processing for that project is considered separately from an unsuccessful enquiry.

Service providers and recipients

• WebSupport, s.r.o. provides website hosting and the business email service through which we receive enquiries. See Websupport’s terms.
• CookieYes Limited provides the cookie banner and preference management. It processes consent choices and associated technical data. See its privacy information and Data Processing Agreement.
• Google provides Google Analytics to measure website use and Google reCAPTCHA to protect the form. These have different purposes described below.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies and similar technologies store information on your device or read it from the device. They may contain browser or visit identifiers and cannot generally be treated as anonymous.

CookieYes remembers consent choices and Polylang remembers the selected language. Google Analytics is configured through MonsterInsights for traffic statistics. Analytics may include pages visited, events and interactions, referral sources, and technical device and browser information. The legal basis for analytics processing of personal data is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; analytics cookies require separate consent under Section 109(8) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll.

The consent exception covers cookies strictly necessary to transmit a communication or provide a service you expressly request. It cannot be established merely by the name of a category.

You can reject optional cookies or choose categories in the banner. Change your choice through the cookie icon in the bottom-right corner. Rejecting analytics does not prevent browsing or sending an enquiry. Cookies can also be deleted in your browser. Individual cookies have different lifetimes, rather than a single six-month period.

Form protection with reCAPTCHA

Google reCAPTCHA automatically assesses the risk of spam and abuse of the form. When it loads, your browser connects to Google servers and technical data needed for the assessment is processed. This is separate from traffic analytics. If protection rejects a submission, email info@elitnest.sk directly.

Since 2 April 2026, Google acts as a processor for reCAPTCHA customer data. Its purpose is security, fraud prevention and abuse prevention under the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum and service terms.

Website security records

Wordfence uses security-event logging on this website. These records may include IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs and browser information associated with suspicious activity. Their purpose is to detect and address attacks and abuse. Live Traffic is limited to 30 days and 2,000 records; this is not the retention period for all server logs or backups.

Processing outside the EEA

CookieYes is based in the United Kingdom. CookieYes and Google services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. CookieYes’s agreement includes standard contractual clauses for transfers not covered by an adequacy decision. Google describes its mechanisms in its international transfer information and, for reCAPTCHA, the Google Cloud addendum above. Withdrawing consent and your rights

Withdraw consent to handling your message by emailing info@elitnest.sk or writing to our address. Withdraw consent to optional cookies through the preference panel. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights apply according to GDPR conditions. Send requests to info@elitnest.sk; we normally respond within one month. If a lawful extension is needed, we will explain why.

You can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Postal Services also supervises the storing and reading of cookies.
